Perfectly located with easy access from the M1 motorway, an hours drive from Dublin and Belfast and only 8 min by car to Dundalk.

Cosy Loft in the Trees
This gorgeous little hut is tucked into the upper corner of a hay barn and has the cosy feel of a treehouse. Set in a peaceful rural spot overlooking open fields, it offers a real sense of escape. Although close to other buildings where we live, it is completely private. Access is via two short flights of sturdy steps leading to a balcony. Kilkenny city is a 20-minute drive away, but a car is essential as there is no public transport. An ideal place to retreat and unwind.
