The Poolhouse

The Poolhouse features two bedrooms: a queen room with an en-suite bath, and a twin room with a separate shower. The twin room includes a loft sleeping area with a single bed, accessed by a ship’s ladder with a safety railing. A large living area, dedicated work desk, and fully equipped kitchen provide all the comforts of home. Camp cot available. Goose cottage is off the grid, so during loadshedding we are fully functional.

Our ' Mud Cottage' was built in the 1930's using the traditional way of building with the mud / clay of the area, cow dung and straw We restored the cottage using these same methods and the result is a our authentic, cosy mud cottage that will take you back in time. In keeping with the rest of The School, Mud Cottage is rustic chic, quaint & quirky, it will you take back to a time of simple tastes and homely comforts.
