Welcome to our home on the Truckee River. The downstairs has an open floor plan with the living area, kitchen/dining & the den all connected with beautiful reclaimed oak hardwood flooring. Granite counters, hickory cabinets, hot tub. The hot tub over looks the Truckee river and all it's beauty. We are a short distance to downtown Truckee and all there little shops and we are 5 minutes outside the Ski Resort Village. Most have told us it's a hidden- GEM. Bird watch, fish or just relax. Large windows look out into the peaceful forest and sliding glass doors lead to a deck ideal for grilling during the day and star gazing at night. The property allows access (for a fee) to all Tahoe Donner amenities including pools, hot tubs, saunas, gym and beach. The cozy cabin is 10 minutes from downtown Truckee and in close proximity to Donner Lake, Northstar, Palisades & Sugar Bowl.

Now with air conditioning! Renovated A-frame cabin, nestled in a fantastic and private neighborhood. Perfectly situated between Northstar, Squaw, Tahoe City and Kings Beach. There is a massive adjoining lot to enjoy, as well as hundreds of miles of biking, hiking and fishing trails within a few blocks. There is a bedroom downstairs with an accompanying bathroom, as well as a lofted bedroom upstairs with adjoining bathroom. 250mb mesh WIFI connection, Tesla EV charger (usage rates apply)

Our family's quaint A-frame cabin from the 1950s overlooks the lake with an unobstructed view from all living areas. There is a hot tub off the back deck overlooking the lake. The cabin is walking distance to both Kings Beach (0.9 miles) and Speedboat Beach (0.4 miles). The Crystal Bay stateline casinos and restaurants are also walking distance (0.5 miles). Stateline Lookout hiking trail is across the street. Northstar, Diamond Peak and Mount Rose resorts are 10-15 minutes away by car.

The property is in close to 2 golf courses: Coyote Moon/Tahoe Donner. Tahoe Donner also offers amenities that include a gym, hot tubs, restaurants, snowplay, etc.
