Δίχωρο ισόγειο διαμέρισμα στη Μύρινα της Λήμνου. Αποτελείται από ενιαίο σαλόνι και κουζίνα, υπνοδωμάτιο και μπάνιο. Σε μικρή απόσταση υπάρχει φούρνος και σούπερ μάρκετ, αλλά και αξιοθέατα της Λήμνου, όπως παραλία, αρχαιολογικό μουσείο και η κεντρική αγορά του νησιού. Στον απέναντι δρόμο υπάρχει και δημόσιο πάρκινγκ.
