we like to wellcome you in our wooden en ecological house Brokantie in Roosdaal, Belgium, about 20km from Brussels. You can enjoy the peace, nature and recreation and relaxation in our house with Finnisch sauna. You also have the possibility of buying one or more of our restored furniture and accessories and also local and artisanal products from the region... We heten u van harte welkom in ons houten gastenverblijf in Roosdaal in het mooie glooiende Pajottenland, op amper 20km van Brussel. U kan er genieten van de rust, natuur en ontspanning in ons vakantiehuisje met Finse sauna. Uniek bij ons is dat u onze zelfgerestaureerde brocante meubels en woonaccessoires kunt aankopen... Onze formule: vakantiehuis waar u autonoom kan verblijven, er is een keuken waar u zelf uw maaltijden kan bereiden. Toch kunnen we u een heerlijk (streek)ontbijt aanbieden voor 8 (10) € pp, kinderen tot 10 jaar voor 4 (5) € pp. voor maaltijden, snacks of afhaalgerechten kunt u in verschillende zaken in Roosdaal terecht. In het dorp vindt u al het nodige voor uw dagelijkse boodschappen en bankverrichtingen. Er is ook een bibliotheek, fit-o-meter, sportcentrum... Er zijn vele uitstapmogelijkheden in het Pajottenland, zo zijn er 15 kastelen te bezoeken, 6 brouwerijen, een Rozentuin enz. Voor wandelingen, fietsen, mountainbike, huifkartochten, menroutes, boottochten op de Dender bent u hier aan het juiste adres! U kan ons met het openbaar vervoer bereiken met de trein: station Okegem, Ninove, Liedekerke of Denderleeuw. Er is ook een bushalte: lijnbus 127en 128.

Visitez le parc Pairi Daiza tout proche (18min), sillonnez notre belle campagne à pied ou à vélo, admirez les châteaux des villages avoisinants. Et, amis de la nature, n'hésitez pas à scruter l'horizon, vous pourriez observer de beaux oiseaux!

Huis Potaerde: country house near Brussels

This renovated country house is ideal for a stay up to 8 people. Huis Potaerde is situated in the old farm buildings on the square farm 'de Potaerdehoeve' ( now a modern dairy farm with cows and clalfs : to visit!), dated from 1772. Authenticity and class were central to the renovation. The location is extremely quiet, the cows graze on the adjacent meadows... And all this near the bustling center of Brussels! With its rural location, this country house is the ideal place to relax. Unique!

We heten je graag welkom in ons volledig nieuw ingericht vakantiehuisje. Onze rijwoning heeft een goed uitgeruste keuken en een knusse living met o.a. een oled-tv. Op de gelijkvloers vind je ook de moderne badkamer met regendouche. Er is een terras en tuin met een fraai uitzicht. De slaapkamer heeft twee comfortabele boxsprings. Je beschikt over een privé-parking en wifi. Je kan er heerlijk relaxen in een verrassend rustige omgeving, omringd door velden van het pittoreske Pajottenland.

À Chardonnerets, Rez de jardin de haut standing dans un écrin boisé , vous logerez au rez-de-chaussée d’une villa indépendante ( l’étage est occupé par une autre personne ) dans un cadre bucolique en pleine nature. Vous serez réveillés par le chant des oiseaux et profiterez d’un séjour en pleine sérénité, dans un lieu où règne calme et merveilles de la nature. Situé à 20 minutes de Pairi Daiza , 10 minutes de l'autoroute et environ 30 minutes de Bruxelles et Waterloo .

Village, canal et ânes.

Cet appartement A L’ÉTAGE chez l'habitant offre, à 25 km de Bruxelles et à moins d’1 heure de Pairi Daiza la possibilité d'un bain végétal et animal ! Niché dans une demeure pittoresque, il peut accueillir 4 à 5 personnes: deux chambres (deux lits simples, un lit king size et un canapé lit). Terrasse, table et banc en été à la belle saison, à l'avant de la maison. La propriétaire offre la possibilité (à la demande) d’aller voir ses ânes qui paissent non loin en prairie.

Le quartier est résidentiel mais à 500m de commerces, restaurants, arrêt de bus, 1km du golf de Waterloo, 20 min de Bruxelles et Louvain-la-Neuve. 8% du loyer correspond à la location du mobilier.

Onze Suite Home is landelijk gelegen en toch is de Grote Markt van Brussel maar 15 km verder weg... Ons stulpje is op wandelafstand van metro en bus richting onze hoofdstad.
