Cozy independent Aurora SPA homestay

This tiny guesthouse has the most beautiful view directly from your kitchen and sleeping room window. Since there's no street lights around, it's the perfect place to watch the Aurora and enjoy a relaxing private getaway in the Arctic. We live next door with our 6-year old son and cat. We are at work from 8:00 are at home from about 4:30pm and on weekends. Dette er et perfekt sted for familier med barn eller andre som ønsker å bo nært naturen. Vi anbefaler sterkt at du har egen bil, da offentlig transport hit er svært begrenset.

Perfect apartment for larger groups and family

The apartment is a part of a semi detached house, and rooms up to 12 people. Perfect for family vacations and larger groups. Very spacious with own porch and a lovely view over Tromsø. The bus terminal is 1 km. away, and a small shuttle bus serves the area during peek hours. There is free parking with room for several cars. We recommend renting a car. The house is close to a flood-lit track for hiking enthusiasts. It has a sauna which guests are welcome to use.

Helt ny hytte på Sommarøy! Det perfekte sted for å se nordlys på vinteren, og strand og fjell på sommeren. Hytten ligger rett ved Sommarøy Arctic Hotell som tilbyr jacuzzi, sauna og restaurant. To stuer og to bad. Hytten er veldig tiltalende, og meget høy standard. Praktfull utsikt, to veranda med havet som nærmeste nabo. 50 meter fra strand. Soverom med dyne, pute og sengklær. Alle bad med håndklær.

Rakkebu, 25 km from Tromsø city

Only 23 km from the airport in Tromsø. Built in 2007. Perfect conditions for watching aurora borealis because you are well away from the lights of the city. Many aurora guids bring guests to this area. If you are very lucky you can also watch killer whales (orcas) from the beach just below the cottage. Reindeers and other animals also live in this area.
