Apartment over the garage with two bedrooms, living room, kitchen and bath. Beautiful wooded area with private driveway, patio, swimming pool, large oak trees, vegetable garden, and chickens. Great place to stay while visiting Lexington and the Lake Murray area. We are 15 miles from downtown Columbia and 2 miles from beautiful Lake Murray. Our neighborhood has a seasonal swimming pool (Approximately April 1 – September 30); Playground, pond with catch and release fishing and frequent events and food trucks.

Take a dip in the pool or hot tub. Fire up the grill for dinner and then relax by the fire pit while the sun sets over the pond. Please note: We may stop by to check on the garden/turkeys or to do yard work or maintain the pool and hot tub. The property isn’t 100% private.
