My apartment is spacious -140 sq.meters-and bright in an historical palace in the very center of Venice. There is a large double bedroom with its own bathroom , another smaller double bedroom and a single bedroom with a second bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a table where you can have breakfast or meals. In the wide living room there is a table for 6 and 2 large sofas. From here you have access to a nice terrace with table and chairs where you can relax after sightseeing!!!

Una settimana prima dell'arrivo verrà richiesto il documento di un solo ospite, il pagamento delle spese di pulizia (50€ per tutto il gruppo, per l'intero soggiorno) e la tassa di soggiorno. "Il ramo di kaki" is a 120 square meters' very comfortable apartment. It was my grandparents’ summer residence during the ‘50’s. The apartment was completely renovated in 2018. It is located on the second floor of the historical house on the main street of Lido, the Gran Viale. The house keeps the original and beautiful venetian terrazzo floors and yet has all the modern comforts. “Wherever you go becomes a part of you somehow”- Anita Desai
