К сожалению, на некоторые вещи я повлиять не могу, зато внутри вас ждёт чистое, аккуратное и удобное пространство. Only 15 min bus ride from the city centre and airport the apartment is based in a trendy area in Agenskalns district. It is 5min walk from grocery stores Lidl and Rimi and 3min walk from green park with newly built innovative kid’s playground in it. It is close to Kalnciema Quarter which hosts series of cultural events and seasonal markets and 10min walk from the freshly renovated Āgenskalns Market.

It’s not too far from Riga city centre, many public transportation options available in close proximity. There are food store near by. Commute to Old Riga takes 15 min via public transport or 30 min by foot. Double/Queen size bed (160cm x 200cm). No smoking inside apartment. Spacious studio in a legendary historic building, next to the City Hall and the House of Blackheads. Super convenient for getting to and from Airport or International Coach Terminal. It's a quiet residential area, where windows are oriented toward stunning view of St. Peter's cathedral and beautifully old oaks, shining in the morning sun and acquiring a fresh air from the green and quiet square. Downstairs is a Latvian cuisine and free parking (ask for permit)
