This apartment is the ideal place for a relaxing stay in close contact with nature. The loft is located in the roof-top of an ancient house in a green residential area just outside Vienna. Its large windows looking into the green and the interior made of ancient wood grant a unique relaxing feeling. Waking up in the morning to look out that large window into the garden is simply priceless. The spacious terrace is perfect to enjoy the sunny days not only in summer but also in spring and autumn.

Unser Haus in guter Wohnlage ist nur 10 bis 15 Minuten Gehzeit entfernt von Mödlings Bahnhof und historischem Stadtzentrum. Die nahe Metropole Wien ist mit dem Zug bestens erreichbar. Der Nachtbus aus Wien hält um die Ecke. Der angrenzende Wienerwald ist ein Paradies für Wanderer, Radfahrer, Läufer und Mountainbiker. Die Weinbauern der Umgebung bieten regionale Köstlichkeiten.

Das Apartment ist nach Süden und Osten ausgerichtet und bietet einen wunderschönen Balkon mit Blick auf die beeindruckenden, jahrhundertealten Bäume des rund 5000 m² großen Parks sowie auf den malerischen Wienerwald.

Wonderful renovated apartment in posh district Mauer with a lot of Vienna's famous Heuriger. Tram 60 Stop 3 minutes walk away, the tram brings you to the city center (Wien Westbahnhof, Mariahilfer Straße) in about 30 minutes. Schloss Schönbrunn is 20 minutes away from the villa. The house is owned by an Italian/Austrian family and very charming. Extremely quiet area with a garden view and the possibility to use the park/garden.
