There is also an electric fireplace with bluetooth capability to enjoy music while you're relaxing on the deck.

Nestled on 2 acres this garage home is 1100 square feet on top of my garage. 3 bedrooms and one bath makes it cozy for large families and get togethers. 5 minute drive to the Lincoln boat launch or hike down to the Ol swimming hole (10 minutes down 20 minutes up!) we have a bbq and a large fire pit. The dining table can be turned into a full size bed also. There is a large size shower in the bathroom and also a shower located outside to wash off. There is a large table and chairs outside under a canopy for use. A big BBQ with propane is located next to the canopy and is clean and ready for your use. BBQ utensils are available.
