It overlooks our beautiful, peaceful garden where numerous birds can be seen visiting our feeders. We have backup power for when there is load shedding. The cottage is 1 of 2, tucked away on a professional run business in the heart of Linden & only a 5 min walk away from the huge selection of popular boutique shops, cafe's & restaurants on and around 7th street & 4th avenue. Uber drivers are readily available at all times to transport you to and from the Gautrain station in Rosebank; just 10 minutes away. Our cottage is ideal for singles, couples, business travelers, and even a small family looking for a short or long stay over.

Modern secure and private open plan cottage in Parktown North, Johannesburg. The cottage is in a quiet garden setting, with secure off street parking. There are numerous restaurants close by and the Rosebank Gautrain station is nearby. A continental breakfast can be provided by prior arrangement and the kitchen is suitable for self-catering. Snacks and drinks are also available. The work place provided has wi-fi and printing facilties, and there is cable TV in the lounge.

Perfect contained room

We have recently installed solar panels and battery-backup to cope with the loadshedding as well as a large water storage tank for water outages Snug cozy contained room has a double bed, kitchenette with two gas plates and bathroom with a shower. It's not the biggest space (23,5 square metres) but has almost everything you need for a stay in one of Johannesburg's beautiful old tree-lined suburbs. The area is safe and close to the train.

Our cottage is located in Northcliff, JHB. The central location makes for easy access wherever you want to go- with Uber always only a few minutes away. There is a double room with en-suite bathroom, lounge and self catering kitchen with doors that lead into a private garden. Guests have their own private access and parking onsite. We have solar panels with a backup battery, so load shedding will not affect your stay.
