The sink and butcher block island double as your eating space with 2 barstools by the kitchenette which includes a microwave, mini refrigerator, and coffee pot. Table settings are microwave safe and ready for your use. The bathroom features a walk in shower. You'll love the private patio with small table and chairs and your own grill. Sunsets included!

Laundry with supplies. All new furniture including mattresses and bedding. Can accommodate more guests just inquire after booking.

Enjoy our cozy covered patio out back with a privacy fence, fire pit, and a barbecue grill. Watch TV outside, eat dinner, or just hang out and listen to music. One bedroom has a queen bed, the other bedroom has two twin beds. Both bedrooms have a TV as well. The kitchen has everything you need to make dinner at home or grab something from a local restaurant and enjoy it at the dining room table or out back. The Carriage House apartment is located behind the historic home we've restored in Hamilton. The property is nestled one block between popular Main Street shopping (featuring the Missouri Star Quilt Co. shops) and the Missouri Quilt Museum. Everything is within easy walking distance from this beautiful, newly built apartment. Plus, you'll enjoy plenty of space, a full kitchen, free wi-fi and free laundry on site. We can't wait to welcome you to your home away from home!

Rambling Lodge

Large open area with couches, plenty of space for children and toys Small kitchen with stove, refrigerator and microwave This was formerly an office, the kitchen and half bath is small , but it’s all there. All full size kitchen appliances, Later it was used for a rental , so the washer , dryer and shower were added, which explains why they aren’t in the usual placement As this is beside HWY 36 , it’s an easy off and on. Close to town ( 1 1/2 miles to Walmart) .

Tin Roof Sundae Cabin - secluded in nature

The Tin Roof Sundae Cabin and The Sundae Cottage are located in North Central Missouri - a natural "sweet spot" for those who love being outdoors. Guests have access to 800 acres which includes a combination of native timber, wetlands, grasslands, and streams. Guests are welcome to explore the entire property. A small pond and fire pit are located a stone's throw from the front porch. The large porches provide plenty of shade and great views.

The Circle O Lodge is located in North Central Missouri not far from historic Highway 36 and Walt Disney's boyhood home of Marceline. Families and small groups will enjoy the Circle O Lodge for its natural beauty and relaxing qualities. It is conveniently located near several local attractions. The lodge is situated on 60 acres of mixed terrain and features hardwood forests, open grasslands, 2 1/2 acre fishing pond and 15 acres of wetlands.

Newly remodeled interior (we are still working on the outside!!) two blocks from Walmart and two blocks from Washington Street. Good parking on and off street. Wonderful open floor plan to host a family or just a comfortable place to stay. We are going to be as pet friendly as we can but please let us know if you are bringing pets (type, sizes and number) before booking. We have carpet in the front room and bedrooms. THANKS!
