Recently renovated comfortable house (64m2) at the water in the green heart of Holland, surrounded by windmills and cows right across the canal. Close to the main cities and the Kaag lakes: Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Delft, Zandvoort, Keukenhof 30, Schiphol-airport 15, Leiden 10 mins by car. During winter the house is also warm and cosy with floor heating. 4 canoes are available for you. Boats can be rented in the area, rental bikes delivered to the house. Free parking. Not suitable for non-swimmers.

The beautiful beaches of Katwijk and Noordwijk are only half an hour away. For people who love the outdoors; there are many cycling and hiking possibilities close by. Welcome to the holiday apartment top two floors of the house. Own entrance from side of the house. There is a ground floor apartment (mine) and a two floor apartment above (for rent). House is on the water, with many trees, and windows. Big kitchen. Not good if you do not like stairs. The main bedroom has an attic with extra bed . Close to a supermarket, and the bus to Schiphol (Amsterdam). You may see our dogs outside, and sometimes hear them, when they talk to eachtother.

Keukenhof en bollenvelden in 10 minuten: sfeervolle en rustige vakantiewoning op groot, afgesloten privéterrein met dieren: paarden, honden en kat. Strand en zee, Amsterdam, Schiphol-Airport, Haarlem, Den Haag zijn allen binnen een half uur bereikbaar: zeer centraal gelegen. Vrije wandeling en fietspaden op aangrenzend gelegen natuurgebied van Staatsbosbeheer. Of u kunt genieten van de ondergaande zon aan het water, de Ringvaart. 2 fietsen staan klaar voor onze gasten.

A beautiful houseboat all to yourself! A beautiful location in the middle of the bulb region within cycling distance of the Keukenhof and the beach. Enjoy the freedom, the outdoors and the many birds and other nature scenes that take place around the houseboat. The houseboat was completely renovated and modernized inside and out in 2020. In 2023 the exterior will be (partly) equipped with another paint color. The ark is ready to offer guests a temporary home.
