Hand built by myself & Granny Mongolia, the Yurt is a mix of traditional Mongolian design & bohemian chic. As you enter the yurt you will instantly notice a sense of calm & grounding, an ideal retreat from a hectic lifestyle. Surrounded by countryside, the yurt is home to many Mongolian artefacts gifted to me by Granny Mongolia. It features a charcoal bbq & stove. Self contained single level accommodation, under a mile from the coast (7 min walk to village, plus 8 mins to the sea) The Annex has a large bedroom, bathroom plus lounge, which contains a kitchenette space Patio doors overlooks own patio area & shared rear garden. The Chapel is a light-filled cottage in the heart of a seaside conservation area. You're just a 3-minute walk to Littlehampton beach, with seaside dining, watersports, tennis, golf, fairground and more. Train station with direct connections to London. Airy, open-plan living with two large bifold doors that open onto your own private south-facing courtyard. We are dog friendly but keep our furry guests to one dog per stay. Newly renovated.

Self contained small bungalow, short walk to beach

Petit Palm is very popular and receives great reviews from guests. It is situated in Rustington Village which has a good range of shops, some great places for breakfast, and a few nice restaurants and bars. The property is a short walk to beautiful Rustington beach (12-15 mins walk). Arundel and Goodwood are easily accessible as are Brighton, Chichester, and Portsmouth. Great location for the South Downs as well. We welcome dogs.

Private garden studio with a dedicated wellness enclosure, offering a calm and restorative escape. Featuring a sauna, hot tub and ice bath (with chiller), it’s the perfect space to unwind and relax. Guests have exclusive use of the private garden wellness area during their stay. The space is not shared, and no one else accesses this area or surroundings while guests are staying. Excellent location!

Quirky 1 bedroom barn on the river in Arundel

The Sail Loft is situated in the centre of Arundel and benefits from private parking within its gates. The loft is situated on the River Arun and has views up and down the river. The loft has a compact kitchen and lounge on the ground floor and a large bedroom on the first floor, which accommodates a king size bed, flat screen tv and access to a first floor balcony with views over the river.
