Farm Cottage for a escape to the country

New barn conversion. I have tried to maintain the character. The decor is Agri/industrial, reusing as much of the raw materials around the farm. It has three king-size beds all on-suite. 1 x Very large bedroom upstairs with sofa and balcony and 2 smaller ground floor bedrooms. Each room has a TV and wifi. The main living room includes a kitchen, a table, a large L-shaped sofa and coffee table: an outdoor table and chairs, BBQ and a covered area for storing bikes and a EV Charger (50p/kw) etc.

This Stylish newly built cosy self contained apartment is the perfect retreat to escape the pressures of every day life, a perfect base to explore all that the heart of wales has to offer. The garden Lodge would also be suitable for people working in the surrounding area. In the lodge there is one bedroom with one double bed, Shower/toilet ,kitchen area comprising of fridge,micro wave, toaster and kettle, there is no oven or hob, In the lounge area there is a smart tv with free wi fi access.

The cottage is also ideally situated to visit Aberglasney Gardens, the National Botanical Gardens of Wales, and the National Trust Dinefwr property and castle nearby. Ample parking for any sized vehicle in private driveway. The cottage is attached to the host's property. Free Guest Wifi available.

Just 5 miles from the market town of Carmarthen and the town of Llandeilo and a short drive to many spectacular beaches of Gower and Pembrokeshire. The town of Laugharne, Dylan Thomas’s birthplace with estuary and castle is well worth a visit.

The Stowaway is located on the cliff in the beautiful fishing village of New Quay, right on the coastal path. Maes Y Grove Cottage is one of a pair of properties on a quiet but accessible small holding in a rural area situated between the villages of Llanddarog and Nantgaredig and conveniently situated for the National Botanical Gardens of Wales, Aberglasney Gardens, Llandeilo Town and Carmarthen.
