We are a 2-minute walk from Llanbister Road train station on the scenic Heart of Wales line.We are on the 825 cycle route. Nestled in the Welsh countryside, just into the Cambrian Mountains, it enjoys the splendour of nature and peaceful calm of times past. With its own garden, this former shepherd's cottage is surrounded by rugged hills and an unspoilt rural landscape at the very end of a single-track road.

Brook View is a spacious, two bedroom, purpose built holiday home just off the A470 in Builth Wells. The bungalow is minutes away from the town centre on foot with easy access to the Royal Welsh Showground. With tasteful decoration and plentiful amenities the property really does feel like home from home. It's the ideal base for enjoying nearby beauty spots (being roughly half way between the Brecon Beacons National Park & the Elan Valley). A maximum of 2 small dogs would be very welcome.

Free on road parking too. Pets welcome - Builth Wells, Rhayader, and The Elan Valley are a 10-15 minute drive away

A beautiful cosy cottage in a quaint village with stunning countryside views. Dove cottage consists of an open plan downstairs with a dining area and a cwtch with sofas you sink into, whilst you enjoy the roaring log burner. It has 2 bedrooms each with their own view and a sumptuous bed to relax in and drift off into a deep sleep. There is a bathroom with an electric power shower and Egyptian cotton towels. To the rear there is a private secluded garden which backs onto woodland.

There are plenty of cafes and coffee shops nearby...and also The Llanerch Inn, a 16th Century pub, which serves very good meals. Also a large Tesco within walking distance.
