It is located within the Great Orme Country Park with breath-taking views out over the Conwy estuary and the Snowdonia mountain ranges. Walk out of the garden gate to explore miles of trails with stunning scenery, or take a 15 min stroll down into the beautiful Victorian town of Llandudno.

The property is opposite the seafront prom & rocky beach in a quiet residential area on the edge of town. 12 minutes walk down the prom to Rhos-on-Sea harbour, sandy beach & town centre. On the North Wales Coastal Walk path & 30 mins walk to Angel Bay on the Little Orme. A great base for exploring North Wales or chilling locally.

Isfryn is a stylish and beautifully furnished terraced property nestled in the quaint hillside village of Penrhynside, on the outskirts of the ‘Queen of Welsh Resorts’, Llandudno and within easy access to the historic town of Conwy and Snowdonia. Located on a quiet cul de sac and benefiting from panoramic views of the sweeping North Wales coast. There are two good pubs offering live music within a short walking distance and beautiful trails right on the doorstep. Private parking for 2 cars.

Riverside guest suite on the lower level of our 4 storey house in the heart of Llanfairfechan offering a double bedroom, dining / sitting room with en suite private bathroom and courtyard garden, tea/coffee making, flat screen TV, microwave, fridge, iron and home comforts including two seater sofa. There’s two general stores and takeaways a couple of minutes walk, the mainline railway station is a 10 minute stroll. Breakfast is cereal, toast, tea/coffee and a cooked light breakfast.

Llandudno Flat3 Church Walks

This lovely flat is at the bottom of the Great Orme, opposite the Victorian tram station in Llandudno, between North and West Shore, close to the pier and all local amenities. It is on the first floor of a traditional property which houses 3 other flats. There is off road parking for one car and free wifi. There are 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, lounge, dining area and kitchen plus free wifi and smart tv. You can also follow us on social media for regular updates!

It offers everything you possibly need for a wonderful holiday or weekend break. There are cafes, restaurants and promenade within a very short walking distance together with many site seeing attractions close by including the beautiful Snowdonia National Park.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. We are happy to share with you our purpose built self-contained annex for beachside get away's, and truly hope you get to enjoy it as much as we do. If the weather is kind you can enjoy Ibiza standard sunsets from the comfort of your own room, and there are some fantastic restaurants in Beaumaris & Menai Bridge together with a local pub at the top of the hill ~The Owain Glyndwr.

Cabin - Camping Municipal!

Our Cabin has a Queen size bed, a single Z-bed (if requested). There is a mini wet room with Toilet and an Electric Shower. The Kitchen facilities include a fridge with, an electric oven / hob, microwave, a toaster and a dishwasher. We provide a Smart TV and Wifi access. The cabin is separate from the main house. If you need any crockery or cutlery that's not already in the cabin, feel free to ask!
