The house is a two-storey modern rustic structure decorated with native wooden furniture. On the upper floor you have the common area and Ioft for people to hang out and rest. On the ground floor you have the living room, lounging area, and a separate private room. There is also a “casita” structure behind the main house.

Shachi beach front home is located in Lian, Batangas, has direct access to Ligtasin beach and to the shoreline that runs along the sea and allows you to reach other beaches and Matabungkay. Bring the family and friends to this wonderful home for a relaxing beach getaway. Enjoy the lush green garden with lounge areas shaded by a large and charming Talisay tree. The property also features a gazebo with jacuzzi and wet bar along with sunbathing areas with views of the sea.
