Basement offers another bedroom area within the living room, full bath and large laundry room. Fully fenced in backyard with a hot tub, patio and fire pit. Inviting porch to sit and take in the beautiful small-town neighborhood, 15 minutes to Indian Lake and Mad River Mtn. House trained dogs welcome only $50 fee. NO CLEANING FEE if you clean up after yourself.

The Vintage Lake House w/ Private Dock

Our Lake House has vintage charm with a throwback to carefree days at the lake. Relax on the enclosed porch in the swing or outside on the back deck or by the firepit. Renters will also have access to a private dock for use that is located on Main Street which is a quick walk from the house. In addition to the private dock, that is included in the rental, you also have access to two kayaks. Close to walking/bike path, many restaurants and grocery store. Come relax at the lake!

Welcome to our beautiful cottage! Located on Seminole Island at Indian lake, this cottage is a seven-minute walk from Cranberry Resort and a two-minute walk from Pew Island where there is a public boat dock and nature trail. You will have access to a driveway that is capable of holding three cars and a boat. We have a fire pit and charcoal grill - plan on supplying your own charcoal and wood. Have questions? The large bedroom has a king size bed and the spare bedroom has wooden bunk beds- a full and a twin. The couch pulls out to a sleeper sofa, there is also a sleeper sofa in the sunroom (not climate controlled).
