Great, comfortable furnished apartment in quiet location in the beautiful Taunus for 2-7 persons. The apartment is on the 1st floor and has 116 m2. - Large living-dining area with fireplace - Fitted kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave and fridge-freezer. - Private terrace - Under the table top of the dining table is a pool table - There are two coffee makers. A normal for coffee powder and a Tchibo Cafissimo capsule machine. 3 Sleeping Rooms: 1 room with double bed (200x200cm) 1 room with 1 single bed (100x200cm) + double bed (180x200cm) 1 room with double bed (180x200cm) For our little quests we have also a Babybed and a Babychair. Fühlt euch wie zu Hause in unserer Ferienwohnung „Suseria“. Es handelt sich um eine in 2024 neu renovierte Dachgeschosswohnung für 4- 6 Personen, in einer ruhigen Wohngegend im Westerwald. Die Wohnung hat 2 Schlafzimmer, es gibt außerdem einen offenen Bereich in dem Küche, Ess- und Wohnzimmer zu finden sind sowie 1 Bad (Dusche & Badewanne) und ist insgesamt ca.100 qm groß. Mieter können ein kleines Fitnessstudio direkt gegenüber von 6-23 Uhr nutzen.
