Take a break to unwind and explore the beauty of NE Pennsylvania and the Upper Delaware River . Our Cozy Cottage is the perfect place to base all of your local adventures! Situated on a quiet, country road with very little traffic you will enjoy the beautiful countryside setting and sounds of nature. Centrally located in Wayne County we are just a short drive to many things to do! Honesdale, Hawley, Narrowsburg, Callicoon, Bethel Woods, Delaware River, Prompton State Park for starters.

The Waterfall Casita: A-frame with 30ft Waterfall

Nestled among Hemlock trees & steps from a 30 ft waterfall is our cozy A-frame cabin. Sitting on 33 private acres connected to state land, enjoy waterfall views while sipping coffee in front of the fireplace. The casita was intentionally designed to feel like a home away from home. In summer, cool off in the waterfalls & private streams, in autumn take in the stunning foliage & in winter ski/snowboard at Belleayre (25 mins away). Alder Lake & the Pepacton Reservoir fishing are a 10 min drive.

The schoolhouse was retired and converted to a cozy cottage style home in the mid 20th century and has recently been renovated into a stylish tiny home getaway. The home is tucked into the hillside along the beautiful, winding Willowemoc Creek and is set amidst a lush Catskill landscape just a five minute drive from Livingston Manor.
