It takes 15 min to drive to the City Centre & Edinburgh Airport, & a 12 min drive to Murrayfield stadium. Locally there’s 2 pubs, 2 restaurant & a Co-op.

It lies two miles southwest of Edinburgh Castle in a leafy conservation area and is only a short bus ride from all major visitor attractions. Situated 2.5 miles to the west of Edinburgh City Centre (15mins by bus), this deceptively spacious 3 Bedroom house is attached to but separate from the host’s main residence, having its own private entrance and outside space to the front. Disabled access is via a private lane to the rear of the property. (Arrange with host). The ground floor accommodation has a bedroom, toilet and wet room, ideal for guests who cannot manage stairs. Travel cot and high chair available for our smaller guests.

Little Linton

****Edinburgh council have added a visitor tax as of July 2026 so I will need to increase my nightly fee to account for this! Situated in the peaceful and leafy Colinton Village, we have an annex attached to our house for your stay with your own entrance. We feel it offers country views out to the Pentland hills yet we are easily accessible to the airport and centre of town. We have a double bedroom and small sitting room and private bathroom for your stay. Tea, coffee and toaster provided.
