Studio has a balcony with a view to Ounasvaara and city centre. If you are lucky, you might be able to see Northern Lights from the balcony! Studio can accommodate up to four persons. Studio also includes free parking space with electricity.

This is a newly built apartment in the very center of Rovaniemi - next to Santa Claus hotel and 50 meters from Lordi square. It is ideal for 2-3 people, but could house up to 4. You will find a king bed in the bedroom and an extendable sofa in the living room. Your car will have a dedicated spot in an underground garage. The apartment has a sauna. There is a ski or bike locker in the basement. You will find free wifi in our property. The apartment is well heated and hot water is available.

Die Wohnung ist 12 Fahrminuten vom Flughafen und 7 Minuten vom Zentrum entfernt. Im Sommer kannst Du Dich mit einem Sprung im Fluss Kemijoki erfrischen. Ein Golfplatz ist in der Nähe. Im Winter sind Langlaufloipe und Abfahrpiste nur ein paar Gehminuten entfernt. Die Aussensauna direkt am Fluss kann gegen eine Gebuehr genutzt werden.
