The Wee Glasshouse is a modern, studio apartment in the picturesque coastal location of Dalgety Bay. It’s designed to enjoy breathtaking views of the bridges and is situated on the Fife Coastal Path with its many beaches and woodlands. The Wee Glasshouse has features similar to our own house which was filmed for More 4’s ‘Building The Dream’. TV Presenter Charlie Luxton visited several times to record its progress and was aired in Jan 2017. In 2020 it featured in Scotland’s Home of the Year.

Eastburn: Gorgeous 2-bed cottage near St Andrews

Eastburn Cottage was created from our lovingly converted 200 year old cart shed. On 13 acres of grounds accessed via a 400 metre track, Braeside Farm is tranquil yet a 10-15 minute drive to St Andrews and less than an hour from Edinburgh Airport. Eastburn is a 2 bedroom cottage with a kitchen and living room upstairs and a master bedroom (en suite) and smaller bedroom (with a triple bunk bed), bathroom and WC downstairs. Front door is at the top of the steps in the gable. A car is required.

This 1830s charming cottage has a front and back garden with stunning sea views. It's a short wander to the beach. Enjoy the large fully enclosed gardens while looking at the sea. We have just completed new interiors, with 2 bedrooms both with king-sized beds (UK) and soft white sheets throughout. Relax in a modern home on our 20 hectare (50 acre) working organic farm just a few miles south of the Edinburgh city bypass. The apartment includes 3 rooms with a private external entrance and a locked internal door if needed. The single bedroom is ensuite; the other main room is a living space with a kitchenette and large sofa bed. We are close to the route south / north too and from Edinburgh but far enough away (1.5km) to not get interrupted by road / traffic noise.
