Tucked into the woods at the end of the road just 13 minutes from the heart of town, this cabin is a treasure. Cliff built the place himself; each tree sawn on his tractor-powered sawmill. We added family antiques, new mattresses and original art (lotsa comfort and love). The covered porch is high in the trees with breathtaking views 1000 feet above the Yellowstone River. A stellar location, you will be hard-pressed to find a more memorable authentic cabin experience during your Montana travels

The cabin is a short distance from Red Lodge Ski Mountain and surrounding hiking trails. Dogs are acceptable upon inquiry @ $10/night per dog. Room Heater. Convenient parking by cabin.

There are plenty of places to sleep with a queen in the master bedroom, a queen in the sleeping loft, and queen pullout in the living room. For larger groups, you can also book our sister cabin which shares a yard.

This cabin is a duplex and the Eagle Nest is the upper unit. The Fox Den is the lower unit.
