A quiet place in Surf Town, this unique haven is nestled between trees of different sorts and is a stones throw to the clean and wide beach of Ili Norte San Juan, La Union. Enjoy daily sunsets, beach walks, swimming, surfing, skim boarding or yoga in this quiet part of San Juan beach. Party scene of San Juan is a 7-minute drive or a brisk 20 minute walk by the beach. A treat to see Pawikan Turtles in season, since our beach here is a nesting ground and protected by environment superhero CURMA.

Aki Surf Place (DOT Accredited) is in the compound of San Juan Surf Resort. It is owned by a legendary surfer, Mr Aki or Aki San. A Japanese who started to develop and pioneered the Surfing Capital of the North, San Juan, La Union. We are located at the heart of San Juan Surf town, one minute walk to the beach passing the resort and the place is very private, with a gate and with a wide garden to park your vehicle. It's quiet, peaceful and best of all - SAFE!

A kettle for coffee is included in your room San Juan surfing is a 5 min, 7kms drive away. Book with me if you want to enjoy San Juan but avoid the crowd. Note that my pets live on the property yet are friendly & welcoming

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish tiny house. Fully air conditioned home with parking, kitchen, outdoor shower and grill. Furniture includes a Queen bed, 3 seater sofa, 3 dining chairs, foldable dining table, wardrobe cabinet with drawers, study table (convertible to vanity with mirror) with a chair. A valid government ID may be required especially for longer stays.

I&G Beach House

Make yourselves at home in this spacious and exclusive villa by the beach. Guests can stay in our four (4) fully air conditioned bedrooms. A nipa hut (kubo) near the pool can sleep three guests (fan only). There is a gazebo near the pool where guests can hang out, sing karaoke, cook, and grill. Beach is a few steps away from the backyard.
