Ideal for a family and children will love The Garden Wing, but there is access to the Japanese water garden, and bedroom 3+4 have unguarded stairs to unuseable mezzanine bunks ( see photos). There is so much to see and do in the local area - whether walks in the New Forest, visiting towns and villages such as Beaulieu and Brockenhurst or enjoying the sea and coastline. The Isle of Wight can be accessed from Lymington Ferry Terminal and makes a great day trip.

Peppercorn is an enchanting house that's just just been renovated and newly furnished, to a very high standard, and its only a 12 minute walk to the quay in Lymington. It has three floors and includes a relaxing sitting room with gas fire and a kitchen fully fitted and three comfortable luxurious bedrooms. .Theres also a small office on the top floor overlooking the back garden. Its definitely got character hopefully you will love it.

Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot located within the New Forest, close to Lymington town. We have 2 huts sat in a two and a half acre private site with river frontage conveniently located behind a fantastic restaurant/pub. Check in is from 3pm tomorrow!
