Studio 7 is located in the Reef Retreat Resort. It is a spacious, fully self-contained studio with a deck looking out over the pool & spa area. Quiet rainforest setting right in the centre of Palm Cove 50 mtrs to the beach, relaxed cafes and world class restaurants. You have ocean views from your bedroom and will fall asleep to the restful sounds of the coral sea. You have full access to all resort facilities including the spa, pool and bbq area. There is ample parking and a laundry on-site.

Welcome to our private rainforest guesthouse. Nestled atop a hill in the rainforest. Wildlife surrounds with peacocks, bush turkeys, scrub fowl, eagles and other native animals. The totally private guesthouse is near new and part of our National Award Winning Sustainable property, designed by the host. Please note: Not suitable for 4 adults. Kuranda, home to the Indigenous Djabugay people is tucked away within an ancient Rainforest. Jum Rum Place is located only 1.6km from the Kuranda village, North Queensland backing onto Jum Rum Creek Conservation Park where there are numerous species of birds, Striped possums, Suger Gliders, Pademelons with abundance of butterflies including the Ulysses and Cairns Bird Wing. The beautiful Jum Rum Creek Walking Track is close by which takes you into the Kuranda Village, only a 15 minute walk.

The Guest Suite is surrounded by the Rainforest mountains and a short 10min stroll will have you at the famous Seaside Resort Town of Palm Cove. From here you can spend your days relaxing on the beach under a palm tree, taking a kayak tour over to Double Is, hiking the new Wangetti Trail or visiting the many cafe’s, shops & pretty boutique's.

You can walk to Lake Placid or Skyrail and only a short drive to Kuranda Rail at Freshwater. You can drive to Kuranda or Cairns City in twenty minutes.
