MaGaZaKi House Soba 1 Tesnjar

Kuca je kompletno renovirana 2024god. Tešnjar je stari deo grada Valjeva i jedan od njegovih najupečatljivijih simbola. Nalazi se na desnoj obali Kolubare, stisnuto između toka reke i brda. Danas je Tešnjar jedna od retkih sačuvanih orijentalnih celina u Srbiji. Sastoji se od jedne ulice koja prati tok reke Kolubare i nekoliko manjih ulica koje se spuštaju niz brdo ka njoj. Većina kuća u njemu izgrađena je u 19. stoljeću, ali uz poštovanje pronađenog stila i prostornog uređenja.

The apartment is located in the very center of the city, as soon as you step out of the building you are at the main square of Šabac. The size of the apartment is 55m^2, the layout of the rooms is kitchen with dining room, bathroom, living room and bedroom. The apartment was completely renovated in 2025, it was moved in with completely new furniture. There is a cafe just 20 m away, a restaurant 50 m away, and a market 150 m away.

Villa Under the Stars is located right on the banks of the Drina River. Guests have access to a private swimming pool, a jacuzzi, and a sauna. The space is divided into two levels: The ground floor features a living room with a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and a closed terrace with a jacuzzi and sauna. The upper floor includes two bedrooms and a toilet. The house can accommodate up to 6 adults.
