Willowdene is in the small village of Maesbury, 2 miles from the market town of Oswestry Shropshire. A short walk to the Montgomery canal for waterside walks and the Canal Tearooms which serve freshly baked treats as well as hire Canadian canoes. A choice of 2 traditional village pubs within walking distance serving home made grub.

This unique cob-built house has two bedrooms (king and double), a private bathroom with electric shower, and an open-plan kitchen/dining room. The house is heated by two wood burners, laid for you on arrival with a basket of logs. Extra wood can be brought from us. Outside, enjoy your garden with seating , fire pit, and relax in the peace, wildlife, and countryside. Guests also have access to the river.

It has been sympathetically renovated and brought back to life with style at the forefront, whilst keeping every unique feature in tact. We have taken advantage of the high ceiling with an incredible mezzanine bedroom with kingsize bed and installed a log burner for added comfort during the colder months. The three-bedroom property retains many beautiful features with vaulted ceiling and rustic oak beams.
