Am Eingang des Ötztales sind wir mit Bahn bzw. Bus (zu Fuß ca.12 bzw. 3 min) und PKW (P beim Haus) bestens erreichbar. Innsbruck und sämtliche Freizeitangebote dieser Region sind hervorragend angebunden. Bauernladen und Bäcker sind um´s Eck 5 min Fußweg zu BILLA, Post, Apotheke und Fleischer im Dorf.

A cosy, spacious and modernised chalet awaits its visitors. Situated only a few kilometres from AREA 47, it is the ideal starting point for all kinds of activities: skiing, biking, hiking, climbing ... everything is possible in the neighbourhood! It has room for up to 7 people (3 bedrooms). Only 33km to Sölden (ski bus), 5km to Area 47 and 45km to Innsbruck. The nearest ski lift is a few km away.
