The living room has french doors leading out into courtyard, bathroom, separate bedroom and kitchenette with hobs and microwave oven. Spacious loft style living area in a converted workshop. Perfect for couples wanting to be in the heart of the city with just a 2 min walk to the best eateries and wine bars or for writers / artists wanting a cosy nook in the historical area of South Street.
Sunny Villa Apartment in the Central CityMy place is a sunny, charming bijou apartment in an 1880's villa just 10 min walk to the historical cathedral with cafés, alfresco dining & famous Nelson Saturday market close by. I'm also near the Maitai river with cycle-paths, walks, swimming & picnics. I have a little private outdoor garden area with table & chairs, BBQ Grill, fresh herbs, grapes & feijoas.
