It is a very light apartment and a big bonus is the private terrace of 15m2 and south faced so even during winterdays you can enjoy the sun. It is a perfect place where you can relax and have a meal. Magnífico alojamiento luminoso, con una habitación, dos cuartos de baños, salón con sofá cama de 135 cm de ancho y cocina completa, en pleno centro de Málaga. Lavandería comunitaria en la planta baja. Edificio histórico recién rehabilitado en 2020 con una decoración exclusiva. Actualmente hay una excavación arqueológica en el solar contiguo, por lo que en algunas ocasiones , algunos días, entra una máquina a llevarse tierra y puede generar un poco de ruido por las mañanas.
