There is a bus stop outside which can bring you to Donabate train station and Swords Village.,

Bright Coastal Studio close to City and Airport

Bright and airy studio. Newly refurbished in April 2020. Private outdoor patio. Conveniently located to the train and bus routes getting you in to Dublin City in around 20 minutes. Very close to the coast. Lovely walks towards Howth and Portmarnock and Malahide. Please note that the studio apartment is an extension to the rear of our house, it is not accessible to the house. Access via a side lane. Studio has private patio but we do have 3 young children who sometimes use the garden.

A warm comfortable space located at the side of our house completely separate from the main house with its own front door and privacy. Facilities include en-suite, kettle, tea & coffee, wifi, towels, hairdryer and iron. Host on hand if needed. Walking distance of sea and an array of places to eat & drink within walking distance. Only 15 min bus journey or 5 min train (DART) journey to the city centre. A 5 minute walk from St Anne’s Park & close to Howth & Malahide. Parking available.

I'm proud to say my home was featured in Bad Sisters Season two (Grace's house) on Apple TV. It's a Coastal haven, sleeps two/ suitable for couple or single guest .
