This small house is peacefully and centrally located near Stockholm C. The cottage is newly built with kitchen(dishwasher), living room, bedroom, bathroom(washing machine). It takes a few min. to walk to the subway Mörby C. and it takes 15 min. by subway to Stockholm C, 10 min to University. The cottage is very child-friendly with a playground and no car traffic. In the loft there are 2 beds (90x200, new, comfortable). If you are more than 2 adults, someone must sleep in the loft. Inconvenient?

Your own private bathroom with shower is not located in the cottage. it is 10 steps away in the basement of our main house. Huset består av ett sovrum med havsutsikt åt två håll, sov med fönstret öppet och hör vågorna. Sällskapsrum med fullt utrustat kök, soffa och fåtöljer. Uteplats åt två håll med både morgon och kvällssol. Det finns en liten stenstrand i direkt anslutning till huset, 20 meter från huset finns också en vedeldad bastu att låna. Badbrygga finns 100 meter från huset.

Dessutom finns det en härlig jacuzzi som ni kan koppla av i och njuta av. Från gästhuset och spabadet ser man ut över Sundsörsviken, Mälaren. Här är det nära till natur och bad oavsett årstid. Barnvänlig strand i sjö finns på gångavstånd. Det finns fina promenadstråk direkt från gården.
