A beautiful garden annex with a separate kitchen and shower room over-looking Crag Wood located in our back garden.We are located just on the edge of Gargrave, and just a short walk to the Main Street where you can find x2 Yorkshire dales pubs, a co-op, pharmacy, cafe and some local shops. There is a bus stop a few minutes walk away, with bus services to Skipton, Settle and Malham.Please note the kitchen/bathroom are separate from the annexe & are accessed via a separate door directly next door.

Toll Bar House is a beautiful grade II listed cottage located in Gargrave on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales. It can comfortably cater for couples, a small family or a group of friends wanting to relax or explore the amazing surroundings. The cosy lounge has exposed beams and a wood burning stove. Foxup House Barn is a converted one bedroom farm building, totally self-contained to the side of our house. It has it's own entrance with private parking space for one vehicle and private walled and fenced garden. It is situated at the end of a no-through road, totally surrounded by hills with stunning views from every window. Newly converted in 2023 we have put much thought and love into the project, aiming to create a warm, comfortable and stylish space, finished to a high standard.

Old school cottage, Langcliffe, Yorkshire Dales

Old school cottage is a unique holiday home full of charm and character. Its large feature window and double height kitchen area is perfect for socialising. Langcliffe is a quiet,picturesque Dales village just a short walk from Settles pubs and restaurants. It is a popular starting point for walkers visiting the Victoria caves, Malham , 3 peaks , settle loop, 3 different waterfalls and wild swimming spots are all near by. There is a private garden area with views of the village green.

Sally’s Nook is a beautiful bolthole by the brook in the village of Hebden in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales. The cottage is newly renovated to a very high standard and perfect if you want to treat yourself to a luxurious few days or week in the Dales . Gemstone Cottage - Settle - South facing terrace

Superb stone built cottage with two en suite bedrooms situated on Albert Hill close to the centre of the market town of Settle. Bedroom one bedroom is a double, bedroom two is a twin. There are two bathrooms. Open plan ground floor, with a wood burning stove, glazed door out on to the enclosed south facing terrace at the rear with garden furniture. The well equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher & washing machine. Central heating throughout.

Peaceful riverside cottage.

Our riverside cottage is on the River Aire in a quiet Yorkshire village near Skipton. It is a haven for wildlife and recently otters have been sighted in the river. Ideally placed for exploring the Yorkshire Dales. In addition to the river, Gargrave is on the Leeds Liverpool Canal and the Pennine Way. There is a lock box for convenient self check in.
