This place is located next to the Nobel Square in Malmö, with close distance to Möllevångstorget & Folkets Park. In 10 minutes you will get to central station with the expressbus no 5 that travles every 6 min. Huset ligger i ett lugnt och kulturskyddat område i centrala Landskrona. Parkering kan göras i området, dock ej avgiftsfri utan kostar SEK2/timme dygnet runt. Lägenheten ligger på första våningen i ett tvåfamiljshus, där värdparet bor i lägenheten ovanför. Ytan är ca 74 kvm, fördelat på kök, badrum, sovrum med dubbelsäng samt två vardagsrum, varav i det ena finns en bäddsoffa. Gården lummig och inbjudande och erbjuder flera sittplatser.

You will have access to the whole apartment with the kitchen and all its furniture which you can use.
