This Lockwood cabin/studio offers an “Eagles” inspired theme on our quiet 10 acre block, located in Katikati. Waihi and Waihi Beach are a 15 minute drive away, and it is a 35 minute drive to Tauranga. You also have the opportunity to pushbike or walk some popular tracks in this area, which are a short drive away. This cabin has lovely rural views, so it’s a perfect 1 or 2 night getaway to enjoy some R & R! And remember "You can check out any time you like, but you may never want to leave!"

"The Old Church" Boutique Accommodation

Our wonderful home is a converted Catholic Church, built in 1954 which we were lucky enough to buy in 1996. It offers a unique and special stay, full of character with a peaceful atmosphere. A great place to spend time relaxing or exploring the beautiful area we live in. To add to this, Café 77 is situated right across the road in what was once the old derelict Manawaru Dairy Factory. They are open from 8 am to 3 pm daily and we can highly recommend!

Escape to the country at our self-contained cabin with lovely mountain & country views at the base of the Kaimai Ranges. Close to Wairere Falls (7 min drive), Hobbiton Tour from Matamata (28 min drive) & 3 mins ride to cycle trail! Central to Rotorua, Waitomo, Coromandel Peninsula and Auckland. Homewood cottage is situated in a private garden behind the main homestead “Homewood”. Homewood was built in 1876 by Dr Thomas Fletcher and was the original farm house in the area. The cottage was built in the early 1900s when the property was owned by George Alley a well known philanthropist. Guests can enjoy the private lawn and garden around the cottage, and wander down the hedgerow to the pond overlooking the Tauranga harbour.
