Otter Bothy

Otter Bothy is a small, self contained cabin right on the banks of West Loch Roag, in the village of Carishader, perfectly situated for wildlife, fishing, walking, cycling, surfing and kayaking. Otter Bothy is situated beside Otter Bunkhouse, but offers private accommodation in a small but very cosy cabin, with spectacular views across West Loch Roag. At only a few metres from the shoreline, there aren't many places as close to the water as this! The minimum stay is 2 nights. No dogs.

Shepherd's Hut in Uig

Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot in nature. Located at Mangersta Croft Holidays, the Yellow Shepherd's Hut is perfect for two with an en-suite shower, self catering kitchen and views across the croft to the ocean. Explore the incredible landscape and wildlife around the hut, nestling between the Uig Hills and the spectacular sandy beaches and sea cliffs of the Mangersta headland. An authentic taste of island life is guaranteed on this working croft, where cows and sheep graze.

"Sandig" Cosy 1 bedroom Log Cabin Dog Friendly

'Sandig' is a cosy 1 bedroom log cabin in a prime location to explore the historic attractions of the westside of Lewis. Located in close proximity to the Hebridean Way, Sandig is ideal as a base to visit such sites as the Callanish Stones, Garenin Blackhouses and Doune Carloway Broch. Carloway is also home to two stunning beaches, Dal Mor and Dal Beag, and is ideal for hillwalkers, cyclists, surfers, birdwatchers, or even those looking for a relaxing stay in beautiful surroundings.

Heron's View

Heron's View is a lovely, light, airy, spacious and well presented glamping pod. It has all you need for a comfortable stay from a well kitted out kitchen, bathroom with full size shower to a comfortable sitting area. It has a double bed and the sofa converts to a double bed. It benefits from underfloor heating. It has an unique position with an uninterrupted view of the sea and surrounding landscape. It takes its name from the two Heron's that nest on the island opposite the pod.

The Mangersta Pod

When you arrive at The Mangersta Pod you will find yourself in an extremely clean and comfortable haven. To ensure you have a good night's sleep the camping mattresses were replaced by a comfortable mattress right from the start. Situated in the village of Mangersta on the Atlantic coast of Lewis, the pod is a few minutes walk away from a remote beach and stunning cliff walks. This is an area of exceptional natural beauty with over 20 beaches as well as beautiful moorland and lochs.

Bayview Croft House

Bayview Croft House was built in the 1930s and has remained in the same family ever since. It is a traditional two bedroomed detached holiday cottage with the world famous Callanish stones right on its doorstep. If you are an outdoor enthusiast there are many local beaches and areas of outstanding natural beauty all within easy reach. As well as good opportunities for fresh and salt water fishing within walking distance. Sorry we do not take pets.

North Beach House Apartment

North Beach Apartment is a recently renovated one bedroom apartment, located in central Stornoway. It looks over the town centre and onto the Lews Castle Grounds. Local amenities are within walking distance of the apartment: Co-op, coffee shops, Harris Tweed shop, bars, restaurants, butchers and fish mongers. It is well equipped with everything you need for your stay. An ideal accommodation for a couple looking to explore the Western Isles.

The Wee Wooden Yurt at Caolas Gallery is a green roofed, original wooden round house with picture windows giving an uninterrupted view of the sea across to the Isle of Scalpay and South East Harris. Riverview is a self catering semi-detached cottage. Recently renovated to a high standard it offers light and bright accommodation comprising of an open plan kitchen, dining and living room. One double and one twin bedroom. Bathroom with separate shower cubicle. Spacious hallway with utility area. Host lives in adjoining property and will be available to greet on arrival.
