We have an isolated feel but are just minutes from Hwy 11 and Interstate 20. The guest house has its own private deck with fantastic pastoral views. There is also a shared porch that has an outdoor fireplace, perfect for enjoying some fresh air on cool nights. The main room has a King size bed. With photo-ready furnishings, white cotton and linen bedding, and subtle antique decor, our cottage exudes a warm vibe that will make you feel right at home. Please, no wild parties or drug use. Our neighbors don't deserve to hear or smell any nonsense. Thank you!

1811 Cottage at Sunflower Farm

The 1811 Cottage is as unique as the 120 acre farm it sits on with it's wide heart pine plank walls, ceilings, floors, and the duel fireplaces. This historic settler's home features a living room, master bedroom on the main floor, and a huge sleeping loft, making it comfortable and cozy for one to six guests. Modern additions include a large bathroom with claw foot tub and shower and a nicely equipped, yet tiny kitchenette. The front porch is a great spot for that early morning cup of coffee!

Swim, fish, ski, kayak, or just relax on the deck, dock or patio. Boat ramp located within one mile. Home has a swimming dock and a dock for boat hookup. No smoking, vaping or pets allowed. Maximum of 9 overnight guests and 5 cars allowed on the property. Maximum of 12 people total, day or night, allowed.

This warm and cozy home is three bedrooms 2 bath on the main floor and upstairs a bonus room with a office work area. This house has a small, fenced yard. The garage is an added bonus. The neighborhood amenities include a pool and tennis court. A quick 4-5 min drive from the square in Covington and the Covington movie studies are across the street from the neighborhood. Full size washer and dryer and home is stocked with everything our guests would need.
