This place recently underwent another renovation leaving its unique charm+ creaky sloping floors while adding modern comforts. It’s located in the same awesome neighborhood as our other homes but on a corner with plenty of free onstreet parking. It’s an easy walk to our awesome downtown with all it’s fabulous bars+ restaurants+ shopping. The French Door

This space is a private entry 275 square foot small studio with a private bath, connected to the main house but with no access to the main house. The unit has a standard sized mini fridge, microwave and keurig coffee maker with coffees to choose from, a very mini toaster oven for one bagel or one piece of toast, lite snacks and waters for you. Also a small table and chair set, desk and a brand new queen sized bed, the location is great if you work at the lab or if visiting family in the area.

Welcome! This is a newly remodeled 2 bedroom, one bath duplex home. We’re a block from Motel 6, a couple of blocks from restaurants, shopping and other hotels. We’re just a few blocks from Oak Valley Community Hospital. (Great for visiting nurses). We’re 1.5 hours from Yosemite and Bay Area. All furniture and furnishings are new with comfy pillow top mattresses. While most hotels only wash linens between guests, we launder all linens and comforters and completely sanitize after each stay.

The Heart of the Valley takes it's name after what the city of Turlock represents to the Central Valley, it's heart. I wanted to use this as inspiration to create a home the embodied this. I worked closely with local interior designer, Marísela Rodríguez, to come up with a home design where guest can enjoy the convenience of modern technology while still having that warm, welcoming feeling a farmhouse has to offer.
