It has a four piece bathroom. The house is newly built, is south facing and has a lot of character.

With wind and hot weather, water can get cloudy with organics. Pool water tested and cleaned bi-weekly.

Kitchenette is equipped with a small fridge, induction stove top, convection oven/microwave/air fryer. Please note: Driveway is sloped, with set of stairs to Guest Suite.
