The Chooks nook has had a make over, now modernised and ready to host again a home away from home. Tucked up in a quiet native garden surrounded by bird song and fruit trees for you to enjoy when in season, and of course our four cheeky chooks. Our seperate, private cottage sits on our 2,250sqm property, with the great taste trail right on our doorstep and the gateway to the Abel Tasman 15 minutes drive away. Ideal for day trips to Nelson or Golden Bay or to visit the huge scenery of the Abel Tasman and Kahurangi National Parks and Kaiteriteri beach.

Located in Tasman, between Mapua (10min drive) and Motueka (20 min). 30min drive to Kaiteriteri, gateway to the Abel Tasman National park, and the Great Taste Trail bike ride crosses the end of our drive. 10 minute walkway to the beach from the property. Lovely setting, ideal for a romantic getaway winter or summer, or for a family holiday. Kids will love our two alpaca, kune kune pig and chickens. Amazing views.
