This newly renovated home features an amazing chefs kitchen, laundry room, two full bathrooms, three bedrooms and large living room with a gas fireplace for those cool evenings. Relax on the front and back porches with views of the farm and cattle grazing in the pastures or maybe sitting around the fire pit suites you! It’s a five-six minute drive to uptown Athens or a 20-25 minute drive to Hocking Hills. This is a gem nestled in the rolling Appalachian hills.

The Cottage

This is a rural location. Located on an open hill along a private drive, this newly built -"little house on the prairie"- is surrounded by fields on one end and woods on the other. The moon and lotsa stars at night -no neighbors nearby. Trails and ponds are available for your enjoyment. Swimming* and fishing is encouraged in the warmer months. A small outdoor fire ring is nearby. Hiking in the woods on the far side of the field will be off limits last week of October through thanksgiving.

Yellow Dog Barndominium

Our brand new barndominium is a 10 minute drive from Ohio University, yet sits on a 100+ acres in the country. You will find it located near the front of the property, feet away from a 16 acre private water ski lake with beautiful sunset views. Visitors can enjoy hiking, fishing and swimming during their stay. We designed this as a couples retreat, including a 4 person hot tub, but a second bedroom with a full bed and twin trundle can accommodate friends or family who may join you.

Cozy "Studio B" Apartment Near It All

All new- Studio B located upstairs in historic farmhouse repurposed into two separate studio apartments. Enjoy a stylish, comfortable experience with all modern conveniences, including a porch swing. Centrally located in neighborhood very close walking distance to a variety of restaurants and bars. A short walk to uptown and Ohio University greens. Perfect for a couple or one person visiting for work, events, family or enjoying walking, hiking, biking in nearby State Parks.

5 minutes by car to OU, 2 Bedroom, 1.5 bath, Wi-Fi

This is a re-modeled 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath older home located seconds outside of town but down a private gravel road in the woods. FREE Spectrum high speed WIFI and flat screen ROKU tv. Pets are allowed but we do not allow parties. We have a great kitchen with all full size appliances. A SUV all wheel drive car is best because our house is down a 1/4 mile private gravel drive. We do not plow snow, but there is parking at the storage units after you turn in to the private road.

Camp Forever Cabin West

Escape to the rolling hills of Southeastern Ohio at Camp Forever! Our property is located in the countryside, perfect for a peaceful getaway. We offer amenities such as a hot tub, fire pit and lots of games! Camp Forever has a primary bedroom and lofted beds upstairs. Please note that there is another cabin 67 ft apart. Camp Forever is 20 minutes from Ohio University, and a Short 5 minute drive to 2 Wineries! We love pets and insist you bring them along for your stay.
