Close to Prevelly Beach with views to Surfers Point, the ocean and Mainbreak. The apartment has a separate entry with parking leading directly into the Mediterranean Courtyard. The bedroom is large with a queen size comfortable bed, quality bedding and towels. The en-suite is fully tiled and modern. The main living area is spacious with lounge and kitchenette has microwave, toaster, kettle and fridge. There is a Webber BBQ for outside cooking but there is no hotplate or oven in the kitchenette.

Studio on Higgins is in the heart of Margaret River town. You are a hop, skip & jump to local shopping, coffee shops, restaurants & a brewery on the main street. Our back gate opens up to the amazing Margaret River, Old Kate Rotary Park, forest walks, bike trails, Old settlement, the Hairy Marron coffee shop & bike hire. We are a short car ride to the beach and beautiful wineries & breweries. Please read description before booking! We want guests to be informed & aware of our space & situation.

The guest suite is adjoined to the back of our home & is located at the rear of the property. Forest Retreat can accommodate two adults & is also pet friendly. Walking and cycling trails through the forest surrounding the Margaret River are at your doorstep, and the main street is only a short stroll away.
