Im Umkreis von 80 Metern befinden sich Lebensmittelgeschäfte, Reformhäuser, Restaurants, Eissalons, Kioske, eine Drogerie und Fachgeschäfte (Schuhe, Haushaltsbedarf, Antiquitäten etc.) sowie Haltestellen der öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel. Mit Frühstück und kleinen Mahlzeiten kannst du dich in der Küche mit Geschirrspüler jederzeit selbst versorgen.

I designed this friendly and bright apartment for guests, looking for comfort and cosyness as well as enough space for up to 4 people. The eye-caching timber construction of the loft-bed is made of tenderly refurbished beams of an old truss from the wine-quarter, contrasting with the filigree white tubes of the main bed. Furthermore, the apartment includes a small kitchenette with a massive oak table, floor heating and a bath tub with rain shower.

It is quietly and conveniently located between the central train station - Hauptbahnhof (10 min walking and then 15 min train to the airport running every half hour) and the city center through several tram lines (3 min walking and 10 min tram ride). *** Note: There is a currently construction across the street, that could result in noise during daytime on weekdays***
