It is located in what used to be the Arcadian Hotel built in the 1800’s and later converted into flats. Please don't book if you like a TV as you'll be disappointed. It’s around 15-20 minutes walk to the Turner or Botany Bay. Light-filled, quiet, big views. A hanging chair so you can literally hang out. Ercol chairs, House of Hackney fabric.

The flat has lovely high ceilings and is light and bright and will be presented immaculately clean. The sunsets which flood orange/pink light into the flat are amazing. All the attractions of Margate are a short walk, for example the Turner gallery is two minutes away.
