Great 1920s stucco 2 bedroom cottage in the middle of Echo Park. It's at the top of a hill (there are stairs to climb), fronted by a large garden with mature fruit trees. There is a bedroom with that has a sun room-office with a couch and there is also a second office with a piano. Enjoy views of Mt. Wilson and the Echo Park arroyo from the sun room, deck and living room. It's sunny with many windows and two skylights. Quiet yet in the middle of the city. Walking distance to restaurants.

Welcome to the yeehaw suite. A newly renovated home, luxury cotton sheets, with an excelllent mattress. Sleep is important to me and achieving an elevated space for that was key for my guests. A combination of vintage and new interiors giving inspiration for each day. Spacious and comfortable was vital. Location is just as important, located off the main boulevard next to shopping eateries and nightlife. We are in the safest neighborhood of all L.A. next to other families and homes

Bohemian Modern Home In Silver Lake

This 1950s Silverlake Hills home has been lovingly renovated into a cool escape. The main house is a three-bed, two-bath home that features a mix of vintage 50’s appliances and updated, hand-built modern touches. There is an entirely separate lower studio apartment that features a living room with 12-foot-high sliding translucent doors and was featured in Barbara Bestor’s Bohemian Modern coffee table book. The house is close to the best of everything Silver Lake offers.
