Apartment Ancora, 150 m from the sea

Welcome in our newly renovated apartment, located in Novo Naselje, the most desirable residential area of Poreč. The apartment is only 150 m away from the beach and 400 m from the city center, surrounded by a spacious pine forest. Fully equipped apartment with washing machine, dishwasher, air condition, Satellite TV, oven, microwave, filter coffee machine, toaster, refrigerator with freezer, hairdryer, iron, free WiFi, a terrace with a nice garden and a free parking place in front of the house.

City center apartment 10 meters from the sea

This small studio apartment is located right next to the sea, with closest beach just a minute away. Just steps away from UNESCO world heritage site Euphrasian Basilica as well as the shops and restaurants. There is a parking space in the garden free of charge - (not suitable for large vehicles such are vans and larger). Small pets are welcome. There is a fee of 8 euros a day for a pet payable on the arrival. If you have large pet or more than one pet please contact me prior to reservation.

My apartment is in a 19th century Austro - hungarian building in the town center. It's within 2 minutes walking distance to the main square and the famous UNESCO Euphrasian cathedral. My place is ideal for a lovely romantic escape or for families with bigger kids. It's also very convenient for numerous art and culture venues, restaurants, cafes and bars... You will love this place because of it's artistic atmosphere...

Our 43 m2 apartment is in the attic of a residential building, high 3rd floor with no elevator (60 steps!), modern and fully equipped. Suitable for 2 people, with the possibility for one adult or two kids on the sofa bed (135x198).
